Elm, also known as slippery elm, is the pulpy, malodorous substance removed from the inner bark of the red elm tree. When smoked in a pipe, elm cures a variety of afflictions, including deadening, hellsight, and the dreaded curse of aeon.

Elm, an herb that grows annually in the forests of Achaea, can be harvested by concoctionists.
