Drokan Bitterale

Drokan Bitterale is the Dwarven language teacher. He lives in Inbhir Ness and has a tendency to sneak drinks of ale while nobody is looking. He resides in the forging temple of Phaestus in this area. Like other tutors of languages, he will teach any adventurer for the correct fee.
