Darnashta'i was a Tsol'aa who long ago summoned a demon, the Wyrm of Worlds, to rid the forests of humans. In doing so he brought much trouble upon himself and upon Sapience for years to come, his actions inadvertently leading to the creation of the Underground Forest in Azdun, the infection of Gaia with madness, and the captivity of Demeter in the Netherworld.
