Cotridge

Mayor Cotridge lives on Bridge street in the village of Jaru. His home is elegantly decorated, yet he is known to spend his time in the local establishment, the "Sleeping with the Fishes" Inn. He is in excellent physical condition for a middle-aged man, the boyish sparkle in his eyes at odd with the wrinkles found there. The bandana Cotridge wears around his ears and the scar upon his chin contrast with his expensive clothes.
