The "Sleeping with the Fishes" Inn can be found just east of crossroads in Jaru. It is run by the innkeeper, Randal, who sells a few local drinks and pirate-themed clothing. The inn is a favorite hang-out of the local Mayor, Cotridge.

- Pair of white knickers - 150gp
- Made from a sturdy cotton cloth, these knickers gather just below the knee and billow at the thigh.
- Yellow fisherman's cap - 50gp
- Made of a bright yellow cloth, and partially waterproofed with blubber, this cap is a favourite of Jaruvian fisherman.
- Jaruvian fisherman's cloak - 120gp
- The trademark of certain Jaruvian fisherman, this cloak is a patchwork of various pieces of cloth sewn together. Though it is not fit for high-society, it is strangely attractive nonetheless.
- Pair of simple sandals - 75gp
- These sandals have leather soles and straps of woven fibres akin to rope. While designed to get wet, they offer no protection from the elements.
- Flagon of mead - 20gp
- An unremarkable wooden flagon, absent of carving or non-utilitarian decoration. Mead sloshes about in it.
- Sailor's kitbag - 100gp
- Meant to be slung over one's shoulder, the kitbag has the shape of a stubby cigar. It's made out of a very tough material, to resist being torn open by splinters on ships.
- Black silken eyepatch - 80gp
- Elegant and functional, this black eyepatch is carefully woven out of strong silk thread, giving it a slight shimmer in the light.
- Shot glass of whiskey - 20gp
- Small and sturdy, this shotglass is functional and able to take a beating. Whiskey sloshes about in it.
- Shot glass of shark's blood - 30gp
- Small and sturdy, this shotglass is functional and able to take a beating. Shark's blood sloshes around in it.
- Succulent seafood platter - 110gp
- Upon a platter of delicate china is an enormous helping of mixed seafood. Shrimp, scallops, and mussels border a thick, buttery steak from some enormous fish, and a light, creamy sauce is drizzled over the entire mess.
- Plate of fried fins - 95pg
- Atop a plain white serving plate is piled a steaming stack of battered and fried tail-fins of unusually large size. The crisp breadcrumb coating conceals delicate flesh, fried in hot oil until melt-in-your-mouth tender. Generous sprinklings of fresh-ground pepper, sea salt, and other spices and herbs mixed into the coating impart additional flavour to the fins.
