Astara, the Oracle of the Moon, assists those wishing to learn more about the Divine Order of Ourania, Goddess of the Moon. A serpent-like figure with coils of writhing snakes for hair, Astara wears a silky black veil that covers everything about her visage aside from her black, pupil-less eyes. She can be found standing just outside the Temple of the Moon, at the moongate upon an ocean cliff near Tasur'ke.

During the events of the Eternal Night, she also told fortunes for adventurers by having them pick stones from a pouch. The fortune depended on the stones that were picked.
