The public library was moved here and is tended by Ingae, the Court Librarian who also sells an assortment of unique teas. In addition to serving as Hashan's main public library, the Crown Hall also sports a lecture theater and auditorium. Diderich von Bial also can be found within the hall selling a variety of oddities.
