Shifting camouflage mantle

The shifting camouflage mantle is a rare Quisalis-themed half-cape which not only shields its wearer from the notice of nearby guards (like a translucent mask) but conveys complete immunity to guards and totems. Its effect is short-lived, lasting only thirty (30) seconds and dissipates if its wearer attacks a denizen during that time-frame. It does not function whilst guards are on alert or during sanctioned raids. The mantle has three charges, each of which takes two Achaean days to recharge (once every two hours).

The mantle has been awarded to Meg (via Wheel of Fortune raffle) and Kshavatra (gifted to him by the Grandmaster of the Quisalis Mark). Its counterpart is the cloudbow of the Ivory Mark.
