Jessi, the HoHoHo tailor, is a plump halfling woman with sparkling emerald eyes and excellent sewing skills to boot. She wears a trademark slouching green and silver felt hat over her mousy-brown bob, the fine head-covering probably her work. She is the manager of the Snug in the Snow, a small clothing boutique in Merrywick.
