Chefer, the apprentice herdsman for the Chaghut encampment helps Bayar tend flocks of sheep, yak, goats, and the famed Chaghut horses. His enthusiasm outweighs his nervousness when talking with outlander adventurers. Chefer holds his mentor in high esteem, and praises him to any who mention his name.
