Minia is a fanciful area for newbies only.
Geography
Minia is composed of four distinct subsections: the Pixie Village, the Ember Tower, the Libra Dungeon, and the pygmy village of Miba.
Culture
The Pixie Queen and the Imp Lord are sworn enemies, each eagerly enlisting the help of any newbie willing to aide them in their quest to destroy the other. No love is lost between the kobolds and the pygmies, as each can be found plotting the demise of the other at any time.
Auma guards over the pathway towards the Pixie village, while ogres under her command remove any above level 21 that venture into Minia.
Vellis the butterfly collector also plies his trade at the Ivy Covered Archway leading into Minia.
Pixie Village
The Pixie Village is filled with playful sprite-like creatures for which it was named. They inhabit the area and are ruled by the the Pixie Queen, a beautiful person with a hatred for imps. Some of the more notable villagers include the Pixie Schoolteacher, a cute Red-haired Pixie Girl, and Yrno, the cook in the pixie schoolhouse.
Ember Tower
Imps and their hellcat companions make their home in the Ember Tower. The Imp Lord, the creature who rules over the tower's inhabitants, will often offer adventurers rewards for their aid in his struggle against the Pixie Queen. Akar, the squirrel tamer and Ord, the hellcat trainer can be found in the tower as well.
Miba
Pygmies who inhabit the Miba village have a longstanding feud with the kobolds in the nearby dungeon. Beku, the Pygmy Chieftan, leads the village and is married to Boga. Asheara, the village seamstress prefers to work with raw materials and pays handsomely for the corpses of hellcats. Other villagers of note are Pepu, the Pygmy cook and Rimba, the Pygmy priest. The members of the village keep several kobolds imprisoned there in hopes that others of their race will join the villagers for dinner.
Libra Dungeon
The Libra Dungeon is inhabited by a group of nasty Kobolds, led by the fearless Kobold King. Despite being asked to the village for dinner repeatedly, they have a distrust of the pygmies of the Miba village, as several of their race are imprisoned there.
