Pepu

Pepu, the pygmy cook, tends his fire in Miba village in the land of Minia. Bordering on obese, his pudgy hands and feet are covered with burns. His heavy-lidded expression gives him the appearance of being half-asleep. In Pepu's opinion kobolds are the best of all meats. He enjoys boh cooking them for his peers and eating them as his tongue frequently darts out to lick his lips.
