Matrimonial licence

Whilst adventurers may marry as they please (with the blessing of a suitably-privileged officiant), some may wish to commemorate their union with a matrimonial licence. A matrimonial licence alters the way their married status appears to the world in their list of honours. The artefact licence is a gilded, well-calligraphied square of heavy parchment which, once signed, can bestow the marriage status with the following appearances:

He lives his life bonded in marriage to <spouse>. 
He is the ball to <spouse>'s chain.
He is the chain to <spouse>'s ball.
He composes life's concerto with <spouse>.
He lives happily ever after wedded to <spouse>.
In sweet companionship and love, he is wedded to <spouse>.
He is too poor to divorce <spouse>.
He walks hand in hand through life with <spouse> at his side.
He fulfils a dream and looks forward to years of happiness with <spouse>.
Matched in service, he is bound in matrimony to <spouse>.
He and <spouse> have entered into the sacred bonds of marriage.
He has learned to always say "Yes" to <spouse>.

The licence applies to only one partner, not their spouse. It is also single-use only and more must be purchased from the Shop of Wonders in Delos if subsequent changes are desired.
