Sparkling snow

A sparkling handful of snow is a bit of magic-imbued slush that permanently changes the appearance of an ordinary object into a special Logosmas-themed version. It is consumed on use. Items which can be transformed include:

• ring - a silver snowflake ring
• bracelet - a festive bracelet of dangling charms
• pair of boots - bell-festooned boots of arctic exploration
• pair of wings - pristine wings adorned with sprigs of holly
• an earring - a dangling snowflake earring
• pendant - a crystalline snowman pendant
• shield - a bell-festooned snowflake shield
• set of robes - fur-lined robes of vibrant red
• suit of armour - a gleaming suit of festive armour

Sparkling snow is similar to glittering mud in its appearance-changing magic, but different from glistening snow entirely. Gold candycanes are similar to sparkling snow but applicable only towards artefacts.
