Altaca

Altaca, was once the proprietor of the Slaughterhouse of Cyrene in the city-state of Cyrene. A burly man, he sold bait for fishing, but did not buy the fish that were caught.

Now, Altaca has moved to a modest livery yard in Cyrene where he looks out over the pastures with pride.
