Hecuba

Hecuba, the Witch of Darkness and Chaos dwells in the Chamber of Incantations just outside the entrance to Belladona's Keep. Attended to by the spectral guardians which keep watch outside of the Keep, Hecuba is not much of a looker, having lost any pretense of interest in her looks in her quest for power. She makes veiled offers of aide to those who find her, but exactly what she might help with is a mystery.
