Hecuba

Hecuba, the Witch of Darkness and Chaos, dwells in the Chamber of Incantations just outside the entrance to Belladona's Keep. Attended to by the spectral guardians that keep watch outside of the Keep, Hecuba is not much of a looker, having lost any propensity of interest for beauty in her quest for power. She makes veiled offers of aid to those who find her, but exactly what she can help with is a mystery.
