Carved from the white tusk of an Eusian Geryas, the Sceptre of Aqueous Mastery (short name: sceptre) is a two-foot long wand with symbols of power etched into the ivory. The symbols glow a sharp azure, emitting a light which pulses faintly in time with the pulsing of a glob of water that swirls around the tip of the sceptre. Pointing the sceptre allows the user to part water like a Priest. Similarly, simply having the sceptre in one's inventory allows one to cast flood throughout a room like Magi.
The Sceptre was available for purchase from The Shop of Wonders in Delos, but was discontinued in the year 539 AF. It was subsequently made available as an elemental talisman.
