The empyreal Starfall frames his watchpost on the Seventh Circle of Nur before Saar-elan. Though blindfolded like the rest of his faction, the sextuple-winged exarch sternly watches all who approach the Well with his formidable, twelve-foot polearm. He is a seraphic compeer of Jophiel.
