Sorceress of the Seas is a powerful water elemental from the plane of water. After being summoned by the Aldar Dekalb, she was lost to the sea.
In an unknown year, she sank the Margam, captained by the Captain Horald.
Written in a pensive to the adventurers of Achaea in the year 757 AF, they were to seek a coastal town to ring with gold. It seems that the reference was referring to the village of Ka'doloki of which was hidden the horn of tides.
