A meteor arrow can be used by anyone with archery skills or the proper bow, usually knights and serpents, would use a regular arrow. The difference between the two is that the enchanted variety can be shot at anyone within three rooms, rather than in view, descending upon its victim in a manner similar to that of flaming meteors.
