The multi-tined oscillating stick is an upgraded vibrating stick, bestowing all of the former's properties - namely both able to sense wormholes in the room and travel through them - with the added ability to sense all wormholes in the local area, identical to the Subterfuge Sources ability.
Oscillating sticks are obtainable at the Offensive Artefact Shop in Delos.
