Sorceress of the Seas is a powerful water elemental from the plane of wart. After summoning her, by the Aldar Dekalb she was lost to the sea till the year 757AF.
Written in a pensive to the adventurers of Achaea, they were to seek a coastal town to ring with gold. It seems that the reference was refereing to the village of Ka'doloki of which was hidden the horn of tides. An adventurer named, Krypton began to wield the Horn of Tides and blew the horn to which the Sorceress arose bringing a tidal wave with her.
