Cormorant Rock is a small, rocky islet in the Sapphire Sea, located roughly halfway between Ashtan and Bitterfork just off the coast of Sapience. The thistledown cormorants that nest on the scrubby cliffs comprise the bulk of the isle's fauna, edging out the passing coastal gulls, though shellfish and crustaceans thrive in the tide pools dotting the lower crags.
Cormorant Rock was discovered by the Sylvan Dobbes, who planted its first curative herbs.
