In an ambitious undertaking, the Jaguar's Crimewave swept across the continent, utilising extortion, gambling, theft, drug trafficking, and several other methods to separate the masses from their money. Eventually uncovered but not caught, the Jaguars made off with the money and crime seemed to settle back into the dark corners of society again.
