Vasinateira, Queen Regent of the Alcazar is a siren of impressive grace and elegance. A splendid spectrum of silken blue garbs her royal frame and every flick of her jade-green eyes expresses the command of a monarch long in command of the Alcazar of the Water plane. At a time she had affection for Maklak but the wizard's failure to live up to his bargain to the Great Ocean saw him imprisoned in ice and left in her keeping as her pet. Her son is Prince Protheno.
