The Mantle of Himalia (short name: mantle) is an artefact named for Himalia, known as the mother of shipbuilding. The owner can place the mantle upon a figurehead while standing in the room with the mounted figurehead. It will use up the mantle and will make the figurehead non-decay and resetting.
