The ornamental magnifying glass is a discontinued artefact once available from Merentesh's Shop of Wonders in Delos. Looking through the glass showed the health of the denizens of the realm.
A closer look at the item revealed a smooth onyx handle etched with delicate scrollwork. On the top of the handle, a dark hand assumed the role of a framework to hold the lens, although the lens itself was missing. A silver sphere at the bottom of the handle inscribed with the image of an eye acted as a counterweight.
In 660AF, the ornamental magnifying glass was discontinued and removed from the world, and its former owners given a full refund, as all adventurers were given the ability to see denizen health just by looking at them.
