The Miba village in the newbie area of Minia is inhabited by pygmies. Only available to adventurers under level twenty-one and in-realms for less than 300 Achaean days, it has been the source of many newbies' fortune.
Pygmies who inhabit Miba village have a longstanding feud with the kobolds in the nearby Libra Dungeon. The members of the village keep several kobolds imprisoned there in hopes that others of their race will join the villagers for dinner.
