The Icon of the Carnivalis Institute of Jestering is the Living Tarot. Like all True Icons, it can be found on the plane of Nishnatoba, in an area named the Carnival's Causeway.
The icon appears as a rectangular slab of multicoloured threads of light, woven into a shimmering whole, towering a dozen feet into the air.
