Located off Abyssal Avenue in Mhaldor, The Worm and Grub is a two-storey tavern which offers both dining and overnight accommodations. In the Taproom on the main floor one will find a variety of unique dishes as well as standard tavern drinks. Elsewhere in the tavern, Drogo has set up a bait shop for the intrepid fisherman. The upper floor is comprised mainly of bedrooms.

- This hare has been spit and slowly roasted over an open flame for quite some time.

- An unremarkable wooden flagon, absent of carving or non-utilitarian decoration.

- Gutted and skinned, what was obviously once a rat has been dipped in boiling grease and heavily fried. A wooden stick has been used to impale the rat, which is otherwise whole so that even the features can still vaguely be seen.
- Bowl of tender, sauteed meats of indistinct origin - 150 gp
- Soaked within a combination of their own juices, a thin golden sauce and various spices, these tender pieces of meat give no hint to their origin. Two lycopod leaves serve as garnish and have been set upright at the side of the bowl, slowly soaking in the juices.
- Delicious bowl consisting of mixed sheep innards - 145 gp
- Placed in a simple bowl carved from bone, sliced pieces of what is known as innards have been covered in thin brown gravy. The meal is made from the cooked stomach of a sheep, and stuffed with other organs from the animal, including the kidney and liver. Grease and other juices intermingle with the gravy.
- Lycopod salad topped with blue-veined cheese - 100 gp
- The thick, meaty leaves of a lycopod have been stripped of their razor edges and piled high in a large bowl. Pieces of lycopod stalks are mixed in with the leaves, having been simmered first to soften their otherwise hard texture. Sprinkled over the salad, chunks of a cheese marbled with blue veins can be seen, and a mixture of oil of vinegar has been drizzled atop the leafy meal.
- Boiled abomination tongue drenched in gravy - 85 gp
- Soaking in thick gravy, this tongue has been placed on a wooden plate. It is misshapen and grey, having come from one of the abominations that roam the mountains outside of Mhaldor. Various spices have been used to make the tongue more palatable, and their scent drifts upwards, though it doesn't quite overshadow the look of the large tongue.
