A gilded bit (shortname: gildedbit) may be attached to a mount and it will function as both a Collar of Lupus and allow the mount to magically transport its owner to a city that their city is at war with - dropping them in a random guardless location. Adventurers cannot follow the owner when he or she is transported this way, and they must be at full health and almost full mana.
