Philipe, formerly the leather crafter of El'Jazira, was a master of his art, turning fine leather into wearable goods. After the destruction of El'Jazira, he later took up residence in the newly-founded city-state of Targossas. At his shop, Desert Creations, in Trader's Row one could purchase gloves, footwear, and assorted clothing. Philipe disappeared in the civic catastrophe following the War of Woe, vanished to the transplanar claiming of the Dawnspear by Memory.
