Like the romance of Scarlatti and Ourania, the celestial moon-and-star insignia is an inspiration for musicians anywhere, its facsimile rays spurring Bards to play their harmonics twice as fast as before. The artefact sigil affects the ability to play the sustaining Symphony music as well but does not affect the speed of calling existing harmonics, which is the function of the golden pendulum.
Both can be purchased at the Class Artefacts Shop: Alchemist - Jester in Delos.
