Looking otherwise like an average padlock, a synaptic lock is a curious artefact device fashioned from a strange metal. Miniature sparks flash between its vertices, not like the connections between synapses. Possessing the synaptic lock cloaks the questing mind of a monk telepath against detection, bypassing Vision Telesense and ensuring their victim is not alerted when their mindlocks break.
