The forest lich Melkhiour resides in the Cloud Forest of Ulangi. It is said that he was an ancient druid, cursed by means unknown.
Before the Birth of Destruction, stag's horn fragments could be offered to Melkhiour to convert the aspect of the totem landmark to its necromantic Stygian Totem aspect.
