The rare lightning eagle of the Vasnari Mountains is comprised of nothing more than smoke and mist, ethereal and invisible against the roiling clouds of Meropis. Fierce and dragon-sized, it has an expansive wingspan and vaporous feathers. Piercing eyes of obsidian sweep the skies while curved, razor-sharp talons slash and gut anything within reach. Electricity dances across its aquiline frame, crackling with each movement and sending blinding flashes of lightning into the air.
