Carved from the white tusk of an Eusian Geryas, the Sceptre of Aqueous Mastery is a two-foot long wand with symbols of power etched into the ivory. The symbols glow a sharp azure, emitting a light which pulses faintly in time with the pulsing of a glob of water that swirls around the tip of the sceptre. While wielded, the sceptre allows the user to part water like a Priest, and flood a room like a Magi.
The Sceptre was available for purchase from The Shop of Wonders in Delos, but was discontinued in the year 539 AF.Cateogry:Discontinued Artefacts
