Lord Makarta can be found in the home of the Ivory Mark on Bridge Street in Jaru. He wears a stunning suit of ivory armour and is the man to see if one wishes to become a Champion. He was mentored by the assassin Callibius, and for a time he took on Derillin Yu'tar as a protege, who later revealed himself to be Callibius' son.
