The Lasallian Lyre is an instrument worth of Scarlatti himself, covered in mother gold inlaid with mother-of-pearl. A defensive artefact named for Tancred Lasalle after he won Sarapis' grand poetry contest with his epic, Final Resting for Travian Shea, it provides a barrier that protects the user from most physical attacks when strummed whether wielded or not. However, it also severly limits what the user can do while under its protection.
