Sticky taffy

What is unique about the Logosmas variety is that dropping it in a location will cause it to attach to the feet of the next person who enters, reducing any celerity bonuses they may have for the next thirty seconds. The sugary mass magically returns to its owner an Achaean day after it is activated.
