The Falls can be found at the end of an icy river that flows through the Vashnars.  The village itself is built vertically into the cliffs overlooking the [[Sapphire Ocean]].  The layout of the town, however, can be quite confusing to outsiders, as it is quite different from traditional villages.

The village is inhabited by a race known as the Aeraithians.  They are a short people, usually only five feet tall.  They are covered in a thick, brown fur and have a pair of small wings on their back.  They are unable to fly, though they can use the wings to glide from building to building.  Notable Aeraithians include:
