Undo revision 45158 by Jonathin (talk) As confirmed by both Hashan posts and culture, the Edict was first introduced by the player Asmodron and slightly adjusted with the help of Kasa. As confirmed, the then Seneschal, Mosr, got the Edict and posted it to public, but did -not- create. I will adjust it to illustrate these points.
