A '''spark of hope''' is a talisman themed for the [[Flame of Devotion]] which was used to ritually [[resurrection|resurrect]] mortal forces of the [[gods|pantheonic]] alliance during the last battle of woe on [[Memory]]. Contrary to the intent of its inspiration, placing an [[adventurer]] body into its flame merely forces his or her [[soul]] into the halls of the [[Ugrach|Finality]]. Furthermore, unlike its namesake which acted on corpses who died in the memory of [[Shallam]], because it only works outdoors (like some strange spiritual campfire), cannot be kindled within the limits of a [[city]], or have any effect on the soul of someone who has died there who this talisman is intended to grant hope to is a mystery perhaps only the Gods can answer.
