Difference between revisions of "Ulangi"

The isle of Ulangi lies to the southeast of the continent. From the fishing village of [[Shastaan]], a short, reasonably-priced ferry ride, manned by [[Gareth]], will get you there. From Ulangi one can also gain passage to the nearby island of [[Mysia]].

A brillant forest lies on the south side of the island and a boggy swamp covers the north-northeastern part. The Grook village (called, by some, '''Ogalla''') lies on the northeast side of the island.

A large mountain lies in the centre with another forest, the [[Ulangi Forests|Cloud Forest]], growing halfway up its slopes. This forest is aptly named, as it is actually in the clouds. The island has seen great, natural fires which burned away for periods unknown. The regrowth in some parts is still evident.
