In the seige of [[Bal'met]] in order to rescue [[Hermes]], [[Kastalia]] and Lupus charged the battleground upon [[Krenindala]]. This assault ended in failure with the death of [[Kastalia]] and the the grievous injury of Lupus. When Bal'met came to try and finish off Lupus while he was recovering from his injuries, he would of have been successful if it were not for the the brave actions of [[Selene]], who sacrificed herself for the man she loved.
