Sartan’s public temple is located on the lower level of the city. Every Sarapin, a sacrifice to the Lords of Oppression and Suffering is conducted in the highest chamber. Hidden in this temple is a secret room where a mysterious book will read selected sections of Mhaldorian history to those who hold it. Near the public temple to Lord Sartan resides the Red Square. This is where [[Theoren]], the executioner, punishes citizens who have broken Mhaldorian law or shown disrespect to their superiors.
