An otherwise dull [[human]], Rufio has wide, green eyes that shine with the spirit of an easily excited buyer. He wears a trench coat lined entirely with old vials and is perpetually rummaging through his endless bag, keeping an eye out for the next collectible. He wields a huge sign that reads, "SELL ME YOUR OLD, UNUSED, OR EMPTY VIALS", in his hand.
