Rufio

Rufio, the Receptacle Representative, stands at the village gates of New Thera near North of New Thera. Eager to relieve adventurers of any surplus vials they might have, he is willing to purchase said vials at an exchange rate of 1 gold sovereign for every month of usefulness they have left.

An otherwise dull human, Rufio has wide, green eyes that shine with the spirit of an easily excited buyer. He wears a trench coat lined entirely with old vials and is perpetually rummaging through his endless bag, keeping an eye out for the next collectible. He wields a huge sign that reads, "SELL ME YOUR OLD, UNUSED, OR EMPTY VIALS", in his hand.
