A Sentontot is more of a creature than a denizen (it is not sentient), so it would belong in the creatures category and not the denizen category (or the inhabitants list). The prostitutes question is a bit tougher - I would probably leave it in the denizen list as there -are- technically more prostitutes in the House of Delights, even though they are not entirely visible or available.
